1. Return Policy and Eligibility

What is SharkNinja’s Return Policy?

You can return items purchased directly from us within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Returns must not be heavily worn, used or altered.

Who pays for return shipping?

We’ve got it covered! Your prepaid return label is included.

Can I exchange my product?

Not at this time. We currently don’t offer exchanges.

Can I return a gift?

You can return the item if you have the order number and the email used to purchase the item.  However, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Packaging and Return Labels

Here’s what to do if you’re missing packaging, need a new label, or want to know where to return your item.

What if I lost the original packaging?

No worries! Just place the item securely in another box for your return.

What do I do if I didn’t get my label?

Check your email for an email from SharkNinja, including junk or spam folders.  Still can’t find it? You can re-print the label through the returns portal or contact our customer service team and we’ll resend it.

Can I drop off my return at a SharkNinja office or warehouse?

We’re unable to accept in-person returns at our offices or warehouses. Please use the prepaid label and return process provided in the returns portal.

Can I use my own carrier to send the product back?

To ensure fast, trackable, and properly processed returns, please use the prepaid shipping label we provide. We’re not able to process returns shipped through alternate carriers.

Can I refuse delivery if I no longer want my order?

No, once your order is received use our returns portal to easily process your return and send it back with a prepaid label. This helps ensure your return is properly received and refunded.

If You Purchased from Another Retailer 

Please return your SharkNinja product directly to the retailer based upon their return policy. 

When and how will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method—usually within 2-5 business days.
